Cancellations
We understand that life happens.As a small business, cancellations, and no-shows can really hurt us.When scheduling, a credit card is now required to hold your appointment. We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.All cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.
About
I started my training at Shear Ego in Irondequoit 17 years ago. I went straight into Men’s Barbering services when I got out of school and then moved to Florida to help manage salons on the East Coast. It was then that I realized I enjoyed teaching classes on cuts, colors, and styling. I came back to Palmyra, where I grew up, to pursue my career further. It’s vital to me to expand within my business, as well as furthering my education outside of the salon. I specialize in men’s cuts, women’s color, cutting, and styling.
